Join us for a transformative healing experience led by Tamara Thomas, CEO and Founder of Transpire Wellness, alongside her dedicated team. This full-day, intimate experience, “Healing Through Storytelling,” invites women to hear powerful, real-life stories of overcoming domestic violence, addiction, trauma, and toxic relationships. Through candid conversations, participants will be encouraged to share their own experiences, ask questions, and connect with others who are also on the journey toward healing and self-discovery.

The day will include a therapeutic storytelling and journaling exercise designed to help participants reframe the narratives that have shaped their lives. Tamara believes that, too often, our stories become the obstacles that hold us back — but with the right support, we can reclaim them as sources of strength. This event provides a safe space for women to start identifying and dismantling negative beliefs and behaviors, while planting the seeds for a new chapter through reflection, dialogue, and perhaps even the beginning of a therapy journey. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of your own resilience and a clearer path forward. “You can change the narrative, start a new chapter, and turn the page — when you're given The Space to.”
